Terms of Service

Thank you for shopping with Daisy Made. These terms explain how ordering works. By placing an order, you agree to them.

1. Who I am
Daisy Made is run by Katie Ross, a sole trader based in Yorkshire, UK.

2. Your order
Once you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Our agreement begins when your order is confirmed. If I can’t make your order for any reason, I’ll let you know and give you a full refund.

3. Prices and payment
All prices are in pounds sterling. Postage is shown at checkout. Payment is taken in full when you order. I’m not VAT registered, so no VAT is charged.

4. Personalisation
Please check names, spelling, colours and designs carefully before ordering. I’ll make exactly what you choose. I can’t be responsible for errors in the details you provide.

5. Handmade items
Every piece is shaped, painted and varnished by hand. Small marks, slight colour differences and variations from the photos are part of the handmade charm and are not considered faults.

6. Making and delivery
Making times and delivery details are set out in my Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates, and I can’t be responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail.

7. Cancellations, returns and refunds
As items are personalised and made to order, I’m unable to accept cancellations, returns or exchanges. Please see my Refund Policy for what to do if an item arrives damaged or incorrect. This doesn’t affect your statutory rights.

8. Using your items
All Daisy Made pieces are decorative and for indoor use only.

  • They are not toys and are not suitable for children under 3, as small parts may break off.
  • Trinket dishes are not food safe or waterproof.
  • Keep items dry and away from direct heat.

9. My designs
All designs, photos and written content on this site belong to Daisy Made. Please don’t copy or reproduce them without permission.

10. Liability
I’ll always do my best to make sure your order arrives as described. My liability is limited to the price you paid for the item. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under UK consumer law.

11. Your privacy
I only use your details to process and deliver your order. Please see my Privacy Policy for more.

12. Changes to these terms
I may update these terms from time to time. The version on the site when you order is the one that applies.

13. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
