Postage & Delivery

Making time
Every piece is made to order, so please allow 2 working days for me to make, paint and varnish your order before it’s posted.

Delivery
All UK orders are sent by Royal Mail 48, which usually arrives within 2 to 3 working days of posting. Postage is free on orders.

Christmas orders
Royal Mail gets very busy in December. For Christmas delivery, please order by 11.12.26. Orders after this will be made and sent as quickly as possible, but I can’t guarantee they’ll arrive in time.

Packaging
Every order is carefully wrapped to keep it safe on its journey, and arrives ready to give or keep.

Your address
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. I can’t be responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address.

Lost or delayed parcels
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected time, please get in touch and I’ll help track it down. Royal Mail can take up to 15 working days to class a parcel as lost.

International orders
I currently only post within the UK. / For international orders, please message me for a postage quote.
